On Wednesday, March 4 @ 7pm, Café Amsterdam is proud to present the opening of a series of exhibitions of art works created by some of Mongolia’s leading contemporary artists. The first exhibition in this continuing series will feature works by the members of the New Century art association, as well as other talented young artists whose works give form and expression to the forces of globalization that have been unleashed in post-socialist Mongolia.

On the evening of March 4 you will have an opportunity to meet the artists, as well as to learn more about the traditional, modern, and post-modern influences which are shaping Mongolian contemporary art. In addition, more information will be available regarding the next exhibition in this series, which will be displayed at Cafe Amsterdam beginning March 18.
